Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jacey Rezmer Official. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below for physical and digital products.

1. Physical Merchandise (Apparel, CDs, Vinyl, etc.)

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size you ordered doesn’t fit (exchange only)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must contact us first to receive return instructions.

To start a return:
Email us at  jaceyrezmerofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a photo (if applicable), and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, etc.).

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Music, etc.)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on downloads, including music, video, or digital art, unless the file is defective or not delivered.

If you experience any technical issues with your digital purchase, please reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
