Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Jacey Rezmer Official! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your orders will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to custom products or restocks, we’ll contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: We currently do offer international shipping. If available, delivery times vary by destination and may take 1–3 weeks.

Note: Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Providers

We primarily use Printify for shipping. In some cases, we may use a different carrier to ensure faster or more reliable service.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jaceyrezmerofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Some items may be restricted from international delivery due to customs regulations.
